# Streaks

How consecutive daily shaking increases the Shake Coin earning rate and rewards consistent activity.

Shake every day.\
Earn more over time.

A streak counts consecutive days of shaking. As the streak grows, the Shake Coin earning rate rises. Milestone bonuses add extra coins at the listed days.

### Milestones

| Day | Coins per shake | Bonus |
| --- | --------------- | ----- |
| 1   | 1               | None  |
| 7   | 7               | +10   |
| 14  | 14              | +20   |
| 30  | 30              | +50   |
| 50  | 50              | +100  |
| 100 | 50              | +200  |

The maximum earning rate is **50 coins per shake**. On day 100, the per-shake rate stays at 50 and the additional +200 milestone bonus applies.

### Keeping a streak

Missing a day resets the streak to zero. Each user receives one streak freeze per week.

The freeze applies automatically when a user forgets a day. It protects that missed day and keeps the streak intact.

### Purpose

Streaks encourage users to return and shake each day. The mechanic follows familiar daily-return patterns used by products such as Duolingo and Shakepay. These examples describe product behavior, not partnerships.
